Caipirinha

Caipirinha is the national cocktail par excellence in Brazil. Its made with cachaça, derive from sugar cane. A variable to the same is known as caipirowska in which vodka replaces cachaça. The taste is mild, and almost feels as a refreshment. Beware, is very easy to go overboard if you're not use to it.
