This thick organic orange marmalade has a deep, rich, provocative flavor with a tingly, bitter aftertaste. Bergamot Marmalade by Caffe' Sicilia

Carlo and Corrado Assenza are brothers. With love and passion, they run the Caffè Sicilia, located near the fantastic but unlucky (it collapsed in 1996 due to an earhtquake) Cathedral of Noto, the Sicilian capital of baroque architecture. Their sweets cannot be described. In the already rich panorama of quality Sicilian confectionery production, they have managed to create a unique philosophy that finds a clear expression in each of their products: preserves, jams, and torrone (nougat).
